How Do You Enroll SMs into DLC 2?

So I'm tracking that all E-5's that did not complete SSD2 by 30 September of this year are now required to complete DLC 2. From my understanding for those who failed to complete SSD2 are not automatically enrolled into DLC 2. Since I am currently my unit Schools NCO, my 1SG is telling me that it is my responsibility to enroll those that need to complete DLC 2 into the course. I have no idea on how to get this done. If anyone has an idea on how to enroll SMs into DLC 2, I will greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

You cannot enroll Soldiers in DLC, component does that.

COMPO 1 ,2,3 have different processes for this. In the ARNG( COMPO2) submit the Soldier through your battalion S3 with their promotion order to SPC, they forward to BDE S3 to the G3 and they submit it to NGB for class input.
