The Ambidextrous Tourniquet Attachment Kydex C-A-T is a cost effective, efficient tourniquet retention device that mounts to any molle platform. It allows rapid deployment of a C-A-T in seconds with either hand without the need of fine motor skills. A real game changer when seconds count.

State side, generally a couple in my car, two in my EDC bag*, overseas, in a pouch. That looks nifty, not sure I would buy it though.

*Amazon is a wonderful thing

I have quite a few C-A-Ts and they are all over the place. As a private security paramedic I had all my TQs outside of my Bag and wore them on my chest when outside the wire. I knew I needed to have access to them as quickly as possible. Nothing I used was perfect but it did the job, some just barely. The ATAK was developed to make carrying a TQ in a place for ready for rapid deployment. Also Amazon cant beat a retail price of $13.50ea :)
