Well, you can call the local PD and let them know that you want some guidance and possibly file a report. This way, you have it documented if it all continues. Many people wait too long to do anything. At least let them know in a report. First sit down and document everything that has happened. This way you have a good chronological list of everything. They'll either take that sheet as an addition or you can copy it down on an official report addition

I am used to PATRIOT Missiles.
I got a PPO and hope that works. Got MACE, but may get Military Grade CS with dye to mark him if need be so police will find him easy

PFC Pamala (Hall) Foster - There may be legal issues with using Bear Spray outside of the home, if someone broke in and you used it to defend yourself you would be fine. If you took it outside of the home, depending on what State you are in, could bring you some issues. You know the motto though, We Go Home. I recommend using Sabre Red or better, it's a combination of OC, CS, and a UV Dye.

Contact the police. Get a no contact/restraining order. Get a firearm and be prepared to use it.

Call the police and listen to their advice. Also call and have the police come to you each time he calls you, texts you, comes near you, violates the restraining order, harasses you or your family. Block his telephone number on your home and cell phone. Print copies of every email, every text, every letter, every note he sends you and show them to the police -- and save them for court. Press charges against him each time he harasses you and ask the police if you can press charges against him for Stalking (a much more serious crime than harassment).
Ask the police to please go talk to him face-to-face and please close patrol and check on you at home and work.
Sit down now and make a record of the details and listing of every time he has harassed you and sstalked you in the past (times, dates, place, details of the vent, witnesses, who you called, was a police report written, do you have a copy of the police report).
Get a CAT key ring (which are brass knuckles) and get Police Grade Pepper Spray --- not Mace.
See a lawyer about filing a civil suit against him and more advice on what to do to stop the harassment and stalking. Lawyers do not charge for first visit and probably nothing until suit is won. Ask the lawyer about his fees and cost and if he will charge you anything.
Do not take any of the above advice without having your police department and lawyer confirm it is good advice.
Good luck,
Sincerely,
