How do I put civilian experience on my active duty RP profile?

PO3 (Join to see): Petty Officer Third Class: There should be a section on your profile page on Rally Point: that says "Civilian Experiences".

I have looked on my active duty profile for the option and have not been able to locate the option, when I switched to a "veteran" profile the option came up... however when I switched back to active the section disappeared (along with my profile verification)
