One idea is to try pinging some of the many 150U members here on RP! Have you gotten in touch w any of them?

The Army Reserve is offering a $25,000 bonus for Warrant officers. I am not sure which branches, but it is a good option.

SSG, there is also a group here in RP that is just for 150U members. If you go to a 150U member's profile and click on his MOS, it will take you to the group. I would post there too! :)

Start with your CoC. Don't know if this is current WO packet info but Company grade letter Battalion grade and Post level. What helps is that they are in the field that you are applying to get into.

Write a biography for yourself, and show it to your commander to show how earnest you are. Ask him to call for some interviews, if not, just go to the places where they hang out and tell them what you need while presenting the highest sense of military decorum. Ask for an interview for a letter of recommendation. 1SG might be able to do it with his channels as well. Be that soldier they can't say no to.

The biography helps immensely with illuminating who you are, and facilitates writing the letter of recommendation.

If your wanting to do it in the Guard or Reserve you will need to contact the unit. If their BDE spot is filled, ask that guy. The problem you may encounter is that not many of us 150U's have had time to make it higher than CW3 yet so it's hard to find a true Senior WO that is a 150U
