I just noticed that Section II of my ERB is not updated.
PSI Status: NONE Fld Det PS Stat: NONE
PSI Invest Compl 2013
I already talked with my S1 and they are not allowed to update that section. I talked with S2 and they say they haven't seen that before and they don't know how to work it.
How can I get Section II of my ERB updated?

Have your BN S1 send the BDE S1 PAS Chief a message with the issue. The PAS Chief can send a trouble ticket thru FSD to force eMILPO to talk to ITAPDB which will talk to JPAS. This should correct the issue.

1SG (Join to see) S2 just have the JPAS paperwork and a MFR stating that I'm cleared but nothing further as for now. They say it won't affect my reenlistment but my assignment could be affected.

SGT(P) (Join to see) you need to elevate the issue to the BDE S1 PAS Chief, usually it's the HR Tech. He/she should be able to assist.

1SG (Join to see) THANKS! It was fixed with a call to HRC Security Manager. It will take some days until it shows up on my ERB but at least S2 told me that we don't have to worry about it, unless it doesn't show up in at least 3 days.

Have S1 check SIDPERS to make sure your clearance is updated and correct there. Section should be automatically updated from there

SFC (Join to see) I've been told that Section II is updated every 24 hrs but it hasn't update in months now.

It is. But if your clearance and investigation aren't correct in the System of record that feeds the ERB, then it won't update. Your unit S1 should be able to see what SIDPERS says. If they can't then your unit security manage should be able to send the info up the chain to get it updated. For me, I am the S1 and Unit security manager so I can check and send updates to BN who then forward them up to state (am AGR NG) where the updating in SIDPERS is done.

Happy to see you got it fixed, great job..
But the more important take away..... and I'm all tingly here..... a SPC that knows what an ERB is at all....AND understands the impact of it being wrong PLUS has the motivation and wherewithal to see the correction process through..OUTSTANDING
Now, take it one step further.. EVERY soldier you ever lead...... make sure they know what you know.
You will never be responsible for making them review and fix issues with their ERB... that's a personal responsibility.... but you are responsible for your subordinates to learn what you know is important.. Well done.
