How do I determine if I will be in the Geographic Bachelor Program or will qualify for BAH?

My wife is currently still overseas she is a foreigner and we are going through immigration to get her here. We do not have a projection date for when she is supposed to arrive in America. I am currently receiving BAH and have been living off post for almost two months now. My CO recently brought up that since my wife isnt physically here yet that I might lose my BAH and have to move back into the barracks as a geobachelor. Does this qualify me to be forced to live back in the barracks?
An issue I have is that there are plenty of sergeants and other married couple who have their wives actually living elsewhere and not even trying to get them here.
Currently stationed at Sill.?

That would only be an issue if you were dual military or if you were receiving BAH for her at her location. Your spouse can live wherever you guys agree, you'll receive BAH for where you live and not be allowed to live in the barracks.
