If someone in the building was carrying maybe they could have stopped it before it got that bad.

We were just having that conversation here at work. In the past year in California there have been several incidents where off duty peace officers have use forced to stop active shooters and/or chased and apprehended suspects of a fatle shooting. It does work, step up and protect our own. It is what we are trained for.

From what I saw on Fox News apparently one of the shooters was in a meeting in the building where it happened. He then got up and left then came back with some friends and proceed to shot the place up. The last I saw two of the suspects are dead and one is barricade in a house.
