Have you ever given directions with a "knife hand"? What are some things you can think of that would make a civilian think you are crazy?

I taught as a substitute very briefly after leaving the AF. I called cadences when the elementary school classes and I marched from the classroom to lunch.
"Momma, momma, can't you see...what First Grade has done for me?"
Got in a little trouble for it. Had full-time teachers poking their heads out of the classrooms to see what was going on. But the kids had fun.

So we got a call about my daughter (who was in 3rd grade) marching her classmates around the playground doing cadences (I dread knowing which ones she was singing) and she frequently knife hands anyone and everyone she talks to...

First time I went home after BCT during Airborne School we went to a buffet and I was standing in line at parade rest also ate 3 plates before my family finished first! They looked at me crazy I told them eat it now taste it later!
