Have all the veterans on here that are not retired signed up at VetVerify.org to start using the online Exchange services November 11, 2017?

SSgt David Tedrow Thanks for providing the link. Tried to provide information, and I think that their system uses the SSN exclusively, so I didn't get recognized. Wonder if there is a way to check with the website operator to see about entering the old Army Serial Number for those of us who were in before the Army went to SSN in lieu of Serial numbers.

I'm currently an AD Spouse, so there's no need. And I don't think I'll bother if/when she separates because there's nothing cheaper about shopping at The Exchange online that I can't find elsewhere without the hassle.

I ran into the exact same problem. On the "help" page there is a link for verification telling me I would need documents, ie DD214, etc. Upon clicking I was routed right back to where I had started. I am also enrolled in the list VA sites. So, anyone able to help us out? Where do we go next? I know we have until November, but in VA and DOD time that is not that far off as far as getting approved by complying with the required terms.
