Has anyone here experienced how the CAP NCO Program has performed in your wing/group/squadron? I’ve been thinking of rejoining CAP and was wondering about the value of going officer or NCO. I was a CAP Cadet in the 70’s.

It's been probably 20 years since I was involved with CAP but the units I was around, all the adult members were officers.

We have a pretty active unit near where I live. Wish I had more time outside of work so I could participate again.
