Has anyone had Air Reserve Personnel Center Problems?

I am interested in hearing from anyone with experience with the Air Reserve Personnel Center who is either retiring of has retired. Their systems to have many bugs and their people skills are lacking. I get infrequent responses which are so terse they are almost incommunicative. I find it hard to believe that folks would be intentionally difficult in help their brothers and sisters. I have spoken to others who have has similar experiences. I have to wonder if they are under resourced. i then conclude that actually starting a Congressional might not only help me but all the folks to follow. Thoughts?
