Has anyone else encountered registration issues with the new Army LMS?

Since the launch of the new LMS, a few Soldiers in my unit have encountered a problem when trying to re-take a 350-1 course that has expired. ALMS says that the course is "acquired" and does not allow the Soldier to "re-register." Has anyone encountered this same issue/found a solution?
