Scott, great job facilitating the interview; it was interesting to hear about the makings of RallyPoint. Scott and I were platoon leaders together in Bravo Company, 4-64 Armor. He is an excellent leader who has taken the skills he learned in the military and transitioned them to the business world.

Thanks Jeff I appreciate it. I still lean on what we learned with B/4-64AR as 2LTs every day

These founders are also approachable should there be a problem and I do believe they have the best interest of everyone. That is quite a feat since it is hard to please everyone. That said, you really have to give them credit for what they have done.
I like the restraint and maturity of veterans and the comments made by officers that we are essentially equal here. Knowing that I still respect those of greater rank and this is my way of providing the right kind of leadership to succeeding generations.
Some of are indeed old school, so our feelings are colored as to how view things and our own values in our own time.
