Going Oklahoma ARNG from Active Marine corps , any advice?

It's organized chaos sometimes.

First thing is take it easy when you get to your drill being a E-4 in the Marine Corps is a lot different than an E-4 in the Guard. You will basically be back to being a Lance Corporal but getting paid for E-4. I switched over at E-5 after being out a while deployed made E-6 then went Warrant. What you going to be doing in the Guard?

Have you considered Marine Corps Reserve.
