For the reconnaissance leaders out there, what is your opinion of the Army Reconnaissance Course?

I would have been all over it. Then, all my troops would have been all over it after they were voluntold.

Here is the course profile:
The
Army Reconnaissance Course (ARC) is a physically and mentally challenging 27
day course. Using Adaptive Soldiers
Leader’s Training & Education Methodology, students develop higher level
fundamental skills at Recon, Surveillance, & Security operations while
developing leader qualities such as confidence, accountability, initiative,
judgment, awareness, and risk management.
The course is open to Active Army/Marine and Reserve Component Noncommissioned
Officers and Commissioned Officers in Armor (AR), Infantry (IN), Engineers
(EN), Aviation (AV), Military Intelligence (MI), Field Artillery (FA); Signal
(SC), & Chemical (CM). Allied officers commissioned in Armor, Infantry, or
Cavalry Branches.

This is something I was interested in a about 10 years ago, I would be interested in the responses you get as well, thanks for sharing and posting, I hadn't thought about this as a topic before now.
