Everyone seems to have a New Years Resolution and sometimes they are hard to stick by. What about a Spring Resolution?

With the temps starting to rise and Spring around the corner, do you have any personal goals you can achieve and want to achieve now that it is warming up?

I don't think of them as resolutions, I think of them as goals.
Goals attained means it is time to make new ones.
Goals that have not been reached yet remain active until they are attained.
At any given time, I keep three short-range, three mid-term, and three long term goals active. When I reach one, I celebrate it and set a new one.

I agree and do the same with my goals. My short term goals should be complete and my mid-term goals well in progress by the end of each year. The year simply gives a stable timeframe to compare your progress against.

I've been rucking this winter, but no running as I don't feel like taking the risk of injury, but as soon as the ice and snow melt enough to be safe to run, I'm going to pick that up. Have a goal of reducing my run time from 13:50 to sub 13 by June. Also want to spend more time outdoors with my kids this year.
