EFMP, how can I verify my family current enrollment status? What can I do about Fort Drum Assignment Office not cancelling my HAAP?

The EFMP Office at Fort Drum didn't disenroll my oldest daughter or re-enroll her or someone else in my family. Also our Fort Drum Assignment Office did not cancelled my HAAP to Fort Hood and talking with my Branch Manager my orders to Fort Hood have been approved. I want to clear this out and most likely cancel those orders in a timely manner before PCSing out of Korea. I have 5 month-ish left.

Check with your installation EFMP representative or your Primary Care Provider. They will be able to verify your status.

Thanks Chief. I'll contact them because I just learned that my wife was enrolled without our knowledge.

Also, just coming out of a 1SG job in Korea, how long ago did you come down on assignment? And are you trying to get out of your HAAP to FT Hood. If you are 5 months out trying to get out of an assignment you are in for a long ride. It is not impossible, but very difficult once on assignment and 5 months out. Talk with your 1SG and CSM. A lot is going to depend on where you want to go and if there is a spot available. Good luck.

You should be able to check DEERS. Go through milconnect for that. try to talk to your commander about the orders and give the contact information to the commander for your branch manager. Try to change your preference for CONUS assignment in ASK and when you attend your levy briefing there is an option to not accept that assignment. I was in a similar situation before I had problems that forced out me early. I was supposed to go to Korea and then Fort Lewis.

I just checked My Family/My DEERS but I can't find anything pointing out any of my family members enrolled under EFMP. I'll use my NCO Support Channel within my unit and Commander to help me resolve this issue. I have the ASK portion fixed a long time ago for my next duty assignment. I will be contacting both EFMP and Assignment Offices at Fort Drum to seek and resolve the problem while at the same time prepare a DA Form 4187 to request delete my orders to Fort Hood. Thanks.

Correction I just find out who and why is enrolled. EFMP at Drum enrolled my wife under medical reasons. But I never signed anything neither did her.
