Good one, SPC(P) (Join to see). "Saul" has a part to play in the process. It's interesting that in that article they say the military has to work out the details of quarantine. I saw another article about Army personnel returning from the Ebola fight in Africa already being in quarantine. Maybe that was in Italy, where the local (Italian) authorities are not exactly appreciating their potentially infected American "guests."
