Does this meme fit this news story reporting that President Obama has appointed a "friend" of HAMAS to be his new ISIS Czar?

No one can really know the heart of another. Thus I have resisted the urge to ascribe intent to the many questionable decisions of this President. However, it begins to become obvious that intent really isn't all that important. What matters is what he has done. Whether through malfeasance or nonfeasance or misfeasance, it doesn't really matter, does it? Of course, if you don't see a problem with an Islamist leading the charge against Islamists, you must think me a fool for even asking, right?

CPT Ahmed Faried - Presidential appointments are an effective tool to announce policy and direction. Thus, appointees are carefully selected not only for their ability to perform their duties, but also for the "statement" they make. Whereas it seems of no consequence to you (or am I misreading you?). However, it seems important to most other respondents here.

To be honest I do not think POTUS Obama is actually consistently on anybodies side but his own CPT Jack Durish. He has done a few things in the past 7 years I agree with - unfortunately I can't name one. Most of what he has stood for is against my beliefs - including unbridled abortion, much stricter gun-control for law-abiding folks [outlaws don;t follow the rules], and most of his social agenda to transform America.

I am inclined to agree with you. However, what difference does it make. Whether the President is shielding Muslims indiscriminately, the good and the bad, with good intent or bad intent, the effect remains the same.
