BG Sinclair is officially off the hook for the major charges. More importantly, what message does it send to all Soldiers on both sides of the issue. Afterall, there were multiple affairs. Rape or not, along with rank comes the responsibility to not place yourself in a compromising situation. I am obviously speaking from the outside, but it appears this case was not well put together. There was so much shenanigans going on behind the scenes and I do not agree with her being given immunity from her own indiscretions in exchange for her testimony. Where does the buck stop with being accountable for your actions?
