It concerns me. Giving special access to our government, to stars, athletes and governments for donations if Chicago style gangster ilk. If she is willing to do that for government access, what was to stop her from using our military as pay to play? Might it have already happened?

It seems criminal to me but isn't that how Washington works? Give political appointments to donors, sell influence to special interest groups, let lobbyists determine votes. The entire system is corrupt if you ask me.

The AP broke the story regarding how about 1/2 of the non government people HRC met with gave to the foundation. It will take a compete suspension of reason, intellect, reality etc to think that there was not a quid pro quo going on there. Can you prove it in court? I don' t know. The Clinton's have perfected the art of violating the law without getting convicted.
Some seem not to care that she and her hubby have been using the government to enrich themselves and their "charity". Charity hardly applies here based upon the admin expense levels etc. This is what happens when the masses do not care and want more bread and circus and care not a whip that they are being taken advantage of by their elected officials.

What concerns me is that the Obama Administration has given her a free pass on it. The FBI and the Justice department wont investigate so she will get away with it. I am not sheep I know there are people on the right that do this kind of crap but when found out they are prosecuted for it. Corruption happens in the dark but that doesn't mean turn the lights out and pretend it didn't happen.

Rumors are that three U.S. Attorneys and the FBI are involved in public corruption investigations.

For the life of me, I do not understand how she can get away with so much and still be in the running for the President of the United States. Just this morning I read an article where a military service member is going to prison for lesser infractions of mishandling sensitive material.
Here is the link to the story: http://www.cnn.com/2016/08/16/politics/navy-sailor-clinton-email-defense/

Feds torpedo Navy sailor's 'Clinton defense'
A Navy sailor facing prison time for taking photos of a classified area on a US nuclear attack submarine is asking a federal judge for leniency, citing the government's decision not to indict Hillary Clinton for mishandling classified information.

With three+ hours into the discussion, I don't see the usual suspects here defending her. By the way, wasn't rod blagojevich indicted and convicted in a pay-to-play crime with regards to bo's senate seat?

Indeed. And I agree... it is odd that the usual suspects have not surfaced in defense.

It seriously concerns me as I think that one of its principal co-conspirators could very likely become our next president. Worse still, is that half the citizens of this country could not care less, and will vote for her.

I would like to see a complete accounting for the foundation. Is it really a true charity? I am not saying it isn't just asking.

This bothers me, but it's certainly not unique to her. This happens across both major parties, and it happens within many levels of government (Federal, State, local, etc.). Try to get a meeting with any influential politician, Democrat or Republican. You'll get pushed to a staffer. Then, donate a million dollars to their campaign and try to get a meeting. See if it makes a difference.
Giving money to a campaign, a PAC, a foundation, etc., are all one in the same. It's all about cash flows and access...and everyone does it.

But, wouldn't you agree that the Clintons are unrivaled in scope, breadth, and pure dollar amounts?

Sgt Mark Ramos - Possibly. But if I did, would you agree that they're absolutely the best at the game?

LTC Kevin B. - I certainly would agree with that! But, it's kind of like a stock trading strategy, it works until it doesn't. It, or they, can be wildly successful until it all falls apart.

Sgt Mark Ramos - It's a kind of a dubious honor....being the best at a game everyone detests. Not much to brag about, for sure.
