On a ERB under the security clearance section 2 the PSIC says ANACI-T3 and Google had failed me so far. Can someone shed some light?

The T3 is what used to be the NACLC investigation - that's the investigation for Secret. ANACI is just the background check part of it I believe. NAC is National Agency Check I believe.
If you have questions on any clearance information GO TO YOUR S2/SECURITY MANAGER!! If they're worth anything, they should be able to help you. At the very least, they can look you up in JPAS and DISS to find out the status of any investigation/clearance if you have one.
I'll keep saying it - do not rely on the section on the SRB for clearance. It's not always up to date. If anyone has a clearance and you have questions on it, go to your S2.
