Does anyone have the USAREC Message # or link to the new HRC Prior Service Business Rules that were released in June 2017?

I haven't found one for June. The most recent I've been able to find are April.

That's all I've seen as well. Talked to a recruiter yesterday who told me the latest one was in June, but he didn't give me the message # and I can't seem to find it anywhere. Apparently many more MOS's have opened up for prior service.
