Does anyone have experience with the incap pay process (just shy of two years going through the process with no pay out from it)?

1. Do you have an approved LOD?
2. Have you and your physician properly completed all of the necessary forms?
3. Have you provided the required pay documents from your civilian employer?

Okay, so you're in the 416th TEC and I don't have any contacts over there. That said, you have a few options. First, before you do anything ensure that you have complied with all instructions thus far. Second, if you're still not getting any answers, use your Chain of Command to ask that your request for information be forwarded to the BDE Medical NCOIC. Third, if you still aren't getting any answers, repeat step 2 using your Chain of Command requesting that it go to the 416th TEC Medical Operations. Finally, if all else fails, you can request assistance from IG, but I would make sure all of your ducks are in a row before doing that. Usually, INCAP is something that can be handled at the lowest level. If you are still having trouble feel free to send me a message and we can discuss your case in more detail.

Short answer: Yes. When you say, "restart the process", that is a very vague statement, but there are a number of situations that could potentially present a need to start over.
Some examples of this are including but not limited to:
1. Inadequate LOD Documents
2. Inadequate/Incomplete INCAP Documents
3. Discrepancies between LOD and INCAP Documents
4. System Issues (The system used to document and process LODs and INCAPs has been suffering MULTIPLE issues causing MAJOR functionality and accessibility issues)
I'm not sure what exactly the issue is with yours and I wish I could help you more, but if you're still having problems, you should bring this issue up through your Chain of Command. If you would like to discuss further, please send me a message so we can discuss it off line.

So you your telling me that after all this time now there freaking breaking it down even more from PTSD to PTS, and removing the D because its not a disorder its an illness or injury. Hey buddy I've been living with the shit since 2008 maybe even more people tell because of things in past. But the think you have to be in my shoes So your telling me that PTSD is now PTS? Now I've gone through some crazy shit and recovered from most of it and I mainly talking for the people who have no voice out there like the ones on the couch everyday you say have PTS but not PTSD. Not sure where your getting your information from or who you've been interviewing lately but have you ever sat in classroom and listen to some come out from their demons and tell there story about PTSD not PTS because to me the D=DEMONS and the D should stay and if veterans wanted and could they should fight for the saying PTSD because the DEMONS will never go away. I think the reason they change this whole thing is because of rating in the VA system because instead of giving someone 100% for PTSD you can give them 50% for PTS and not call it a disorder but my friend there are a lot of lots souls out there in veteran land and to me PTSD should stay the way it came to be what it is today.
