Does anyone have any resources for waiving reenlistment stabilization to PCS?

SFC, I am eligible to PCS. I have been at my current duty station for 4 years going on 5 in November. The only thing stopping my movement is my 18 month stabilization. I will not be in my next reenlistment window until March of next year so this is not an option right now.

SSG (Join to see) that's not stopping you from moving. If you reenlisted to stabilize you can still be placed on assignment, your report date is just the month after your stabilization ends. Your stabilization end date is on your SRB on the left side where it says AEA Code. U is the reenlistment stabilization code. If that date is within 9 months or so, your branch will work you an assignment in the market place. If it's further out than that, you just go see your Career Counselor. It's a very simple memo you'll sign and they will submit. Takes a few days tops

Thank you for the response. My AEA is "U/202107" so I can get worked into marketplace soon. I am not eligible for marketplace because the rank requirement is SSG-1SG on marketplace on ASK. I have only seen the same options as the last time I set my preferences for CONUS and OCONUS.
