IPAP information is on the USAREC website and a new MILPER is usually released every year.
The Army doesn't have an MD program, they have an MD prep program called EPMD2 or you can apply directly to USUHS. The EPMD2 information is usually released in a MILPER or provided on the USUHS website.
Since you're a nurse you could also look into the AECP as well.
Use Google first, research, then ask questions.

Try student doctor forums. They have a military med forum and they can walk you through all of these programs.
