Does anyone have a list of college ROTC programs that use Armor NCOs?

I have been a college ROTC cadre member (contractor and reserve) with two different schools. College ROTC programs don't discriminate by specific MOS for enlisted instructor assignments. If you wish to serve as cadre, I would advise contacting your career manager at HRC if you are active duty.

Ive been with 3 different ROTC programs and as mentioned, they don’t discriminate between MOS. I will say this, I’ve rarely had an NCO in the ROTCs I’ve been in that wasn’t in a combat arms MOS, and that weren’t Infantry or Cavalry. The Army isn’t biased towards them but from what I’ve been told by one of my instructors, they want combat leader training the cadets more than non combat MOS. I have one instructor that’s spent his entire career, excluding being an ROTC instructor, in Special Operations. Started in the Rangers with an option 40 contract then moved to Special Forces and finally with Delta before he became our instructor. I’ve learned more from him than anyone else. From what I understand, if your a combat arms MOS, you have the best chance of getting the position vs someone who isn’t in a combat arms MOS.
