Does anybody know why some JKO courses do not show hours by them?

All JKO courses don't count for promotion points. However, I'd say checkout ATRRS for correspondence course hours. There are medical courses there.

Not sure but if you`re worried about certain course hours I might recommend looking into your TA if you are active duty. It also translates into promotion points.
