Does any license fee reimbursement program exist for spouses of drilling Reservists?

For spouses of drilling soldiers seeking Registred Nurse career ( she has BN), is there program for license fee reimbursement, career counseling and financial assistance ? There were few online like militarysource, but not specific enough for me to start. I would I appreciate opinions of those who have knowledge and experience in this matter.

I believe the program you are referring to only applies to a spouse that accompanies a Service Member on a PCS move to a new state where that new state is not covered by a Nursing Compact with the former state. The spouse must hold a current license with the former state to qualify.
