I'm a little surprised a Recruiter was willing to work this. Booted out for misconduct. So, that's basically two waivers needed if my math is correct. One for the RE Code (which I am guessing is a 3). And the misconduct. Good luck. The waiver will go to MEPS command. I would not be counting the eggs in your basket just yet. Your odds of getting that approved is slim to none....leaning more towards none. As for the length of time it's gonna take, since everyone is still pretty much telecommuting to work....it's gonna be a spell before your request is even looked at.
Not gonna lie.....be prepared to get told NO. And once (if) MEPS tells you NO...that's it. Your fight to get back in is done forever. Going to a different branch will not help. Going to a different recruiter will not help.

Just because you went to MEPS doesn’t mean you’re getting back in. JKQ means you were separated for misconduct (serious offense).
USMEPCOM is the approving authority for waivers and you have a pretty slim chance of getting that approved. You’re obviously just a burden to the military if you couldn’t cut it the first time.
