Do you think that some people are genetically pre-conditioned to hate or they are taught to hate?

The concept of being 'genetically conditioned' is an impossibility in and of itself.

Conditioning implies something that is taught/ learned and reinforced through repetition-- think physical conditioning on the part of athletes.
People are born with genetic predispositions (meaning a higher than average likelihood of possessing certain characteristics or developing certain behaviors), but to be predisposed to something is only an indicator of probability when compared statistically to society. It is not a foregone conclusion.

That said-- I believe people can be predisposed to short-temperedness, violence, or anger, but hate is a conditioned (learned) behavior.

Rascism against native , Canadians in Canada. Police, Judges and juries acquit a few of obvious premeditated murder of aboriginals. one man was shot in the head in the backseat of a car and died. It took time for the shooter to go to load his weapon then come outside and shoot at the man in the backseat and he continued To shoot at others trying to flee the scene. He got away with murder and the protests continue. this is one example.

I think there are instinctual ways of interpreting our surroundings and responding to them that may serve as a seed. That seed grows into perceptions that makes us seek the safety of our herd (race, gender, ethnicity, religion, etc.) and avoidance of other herds.

However, I think that we are not animals and the slightest application of intellect and logic should overcome those instinctual perceptions.

SSgt Harvey "Skip" Porter, No one is genetically presupposed to hate. They are conditioned by the environment in which they grow up in. They can also, learn to assimilate if given the opportunity through education, love, and support. I know that may sound a little mushy, but at its core that's what must be done to overcome hate. This is a non-clinical opinion of course from a Husband and Father who has raised three children and currently one grandchild, not a Psychologist/Psychiatrist, of course.

Its something that's taught in my opinion. I've met bigots from California and New York, and met folks who love everyone from TX and FL. I've heard many stories of kids who naturally befriend kids of other colors, but the parents (of all races) tell them they cant be friends. Same goes for interracial romantic relationships in high school and college.

I beleive that ther are groups of people. That are raised to Blame othere's for there Place in life, in witch makes them hate othere's.
People are going to say that I am being Racist with this one.
I can asure you all that I am not, It is just my past exprence growing up.
I am white, I grew up A Military kid. East cost to West cost and down south.
I have had Freinds from many parts or the world.
Now I can tell you all for a fact. That growing up there have been many times that Black people Jumped me in school because I am white, I was the only white kid in a all Black and Mexican School in Long Beach, Ca.
The reasion given was because That mt family must have owed Slaves, And that I owed them somthing for it. You have to just Love STUPID people.
The facts of who owend who is erlevent. The Prolbem of slavery started at the beging of man.
All races have been slaves to one race or anther at all times in world history.
But the race bater's like BLM the NAACP. And many members of congress Want people to hate each other so thay can control others with lies and hate.
This is just my exprence talking. By the way my two best freinds just happen to be Black and that does not matter to me or them.
Then there are so called Religions that teach Hatred for others that are not of the same Religion. Or should I say that the so called Religes leaders that Preach the Hate of others.

I think, in our collective vanity, we tend to lose sight of the fact that humans are a tribal, territorial, violent species of primate. Despite poetry, the sciences, theology, we very quickly revert to atavistic impulse...

Hate is planted by surrounding people, as a seed, when a child is growing up.
