What is the real question? What are you trying to sort out? Military bases will generally have ADA compliant entrances to most areas and facilities but if you are on active duty and looking at the ADA a med board may be in your future.

Yes and No. It depends on the person, disability and situation. Most active duty personnel can not claim ADA or ADEA. If you a civil service, both acts apply.
