I currently have my out date as September17th and I have done my medical legal and finance clearing both the briefs as well as getting signatures, I have turned in gear and everything the last thing that hasn't been done is DD214 breif if I failed to be there for the signature can depending on the chain of command just stamp solider wasn't here for signature? the reason is due to my daughter health and me going visit her in hospital??

Hello and good morning my good question that I have for today is that I'm currently getting out of the military for medical issues and I have cleared everything from legal finance and turning in gear as well as Medical my out date is September 17th but I have important issues that I need to take care of back home such as legal and my child is sick and I meaning to leave on the 9th if I do not return to sign DD214 will they just stamp Soldier was not here to sign like I have read some other documents that they do that, because wont have transportation or funds to return?
