Did you know the top ISIS captive in U.S. custody in Iraq is a female?

In the media we see and hear about the male ISIS fighters, leaders, martyrs, spokesmen, .... rarely do we hear about women within the ranks of ISIS other than to hear about their mistreatment or recruitment.
As is true within the culture in general it is also true within ISIS administration that a woman's position is determined by the rank or status of her husband. Women of higher ranking husbands are often in possession of a great deal of information and details about the operations of the organization.
While women are not in the position of having commanding roles, they are in the positions of influencing and having operational knowledge.
It could be a useful tool to target the wives of higher ranking individuals within ISIS.
How would this psychologically affect the organization?

Women make damn good Recruiters. Always been the case. In the Intelligence Business we used to call them "Swallows". I got to handle the Messages on the Debrief of Sgt Clayton Lonetree, I know how effective Swallows can be. I remember that if you wanted the Best Intell on the Movement of the US Pacific Fleet check with the Hookers in Olongapo. Look at how the Bible Portrays Poor Eve. Got to watch those Ladies, They're Sneaky. No I'm Not Surprised in the Least.

CPT (Join to see) I LOVE that you bring in articles and viewpoints I would miss completely! If the women would not enforce the social/moral aspects of IS, the wheels will come off the org.

CPT (Join to see), interesting article. With all of our sophisticated intelligence organizations (US and otherwise) and all the research done by them individually and collectively over an extended period of time, I would like to think that this knowledge is not some revelation like situation. I would hope that we've been striving for (and perhaps making) captures like this for a long time.

That is not very surprising CPT (Join to see) since it is referring to the highest ranking ISIS captive in US custody. If it was the highest ranking captive in Iraqi, Syria, peshmerga or USA and allied nation's custody that would be another story.
I am not sure how rank is calculated by captors of ISIS prisoners. I do know they work on disinformation campaigns.

The Femme Fatale... Here is an article I enjoyed and wanted to share. It's from 2012, but it still has merit. Thank you. http://www.forbes.com/sites/crossingborders/2012/09/30/why-the-best-spies-in-mossad-and-the-cia-are-women/

"If there’s not enough evidence to try her in the States, she may be handed to Iraqi custody. What happens to Umm Sayyaf then is unknown."
Under guard for the remainder of her days... Or, she "disappears"...

CPT M Cannonie, Obama has no clue. Just like Michelle runs him. The married high ranking ISIS leadership has their wives running them.
