Though I am for the death penalty. Has anyone noticed that it is supported in some states; but there is actually no text book definition on how to chemically kill. There are so many combinations of chemicals that the federal government restricts the agents from states, then gets upset when they have a shell company or the death goes poorly/ painfully... Has anyone else noticed this?

Why don't they give them an overdose of heroine or morphine then they won't feel anything?
