Correspondence courses won't update on HRC

My correspondence courses won't update on my (promotion points worksheet) PPW or on my (Enlisted Record brief) ERB. I was National Guard before I was Active Duty and I've always had troubles with my (army knowledge online) AKO since I've switched. I was wondering if there was anyone, who also had the same problem, had a way that I could fix this myself without having to talk to S1 or contacting (Human resources command) HRC
