I just want to say congratulations to all who "got the ticket" to the dance! Good luck at the board!

Some great advice that was given to us last year from a salty old Yeoman for those that did not get selected at board:
"Dear YN1. Yes, you -- the one with the huge smile pasted to your face as you congratulate your peers who have been selected for Chief.
C'mon over here and sit down so we can chat. You see, I've been in your shoes. I was in your shoes seven times, so I know the pain you're feeling inside. Yeah, I know, you're laughing and joking and carrying on, because you really do want to be happy for your friends, but inside, your gut feels like it's been tied in knots.
I know it sucks right now, but believe me when I tell you that the pain will go away.
Until then, shipmate, hang in there, and keep fighting the good fight."
