I chose to live on post and i'm pretty happy so far, I'm about 2 mins from the commissary and 5 mins from work. Try to get into Bowden Terrace when you talk to the housing office, it's the nicest housing on post.

If you're living on post, every housing subdivision is extremely close to everything. The main post area is fairly small.
