I truly believe that "mistakes" like this are made purposely. If it truly was a mistake then 15 heads would have been rolling by now, no bipartisan senate sub committee investigation needed.

Dear MSG Colon,
Maybe CIA officers are more discrete today, but in my day the CIA Station Chief and frankly most agency officers were pretty obvious. One might be concerned if an actual covert operative were exposed. But, I have serious doubts about the significance of this most current disclosure.
This just seems like another inappropriate media exercise in excoriating administration officials.

As obvious as they are, this information still is at least FOUO, if not, classified higher, which makes it punishable. We have too many instances of carelessness in our government.
