I started a Career Advice site with some fellow vets: http://www.junkonthebunk.com. Would appreciate your comments about the site.
Also, let us know what's frustrating you in your job search. We have been successful in finding good civilian careers and would like to help provide actionable advice.

Alex, we were just talking about how to incorporate virtual career fairs. Our site is designed for modern, tech savvy veterans. Virtual fairs are a great fit. During our work with Citibank last year, their recruiters favored MiliCruit, and found several good candidates that way. However, this year, they exited the virtual fair. We have been researching other options, so this is very timely. Thanks for the review and recommendation!

I think that it is awesome that you are not charging an "arm and a leg" for resumes like many others are. I would consider adding http://www.veteranrecruiting.com/ into your links. The site reports that "more than 300 of the Fortune 500 have hired more than 40,000 veterans since 2011 by utilizing our virtual career fairs."
