Can you renegotiate your orders for stabilization due to hardship?

I reenlisted to go Germany early 2025 but I got the unfortunate news of health issues to my one of my immediate family members and I wanted to see can stabilize so I can at least stay close if something were to happen

Won't give one of my comprehensive answers as I'm "phone-only" for another week or so.
If you're already on orders, follow the instructions in Section III of AR 614-200* for compassionate modification of orders.
If orders haven't hit yet, then discuss with your retention NCO/Career Councilor as the Germany assignment is tied to your reenlistment option.
