Can you get recycled for being in Quarantine?

I'm currently in week 20 of osut and have had symptoms of covid. I went to sick call to get tested and was told that I have to be quarantined for an estimate of 5 days. I have just finished the FTX and since being here I've only missed the Eagle Skills Asessment (ESA). Now I'm being told that I could possibly be getting recycled.

In the hands of your chain of Command- because of the assignment orders. Possible, but normally just at the point of your quarantine.

It's possible, but they typically don't recycle you to zero unless you're a screw up. If it's medical or an injury you can pick up with the next platoon. Happened to a guy I was with when he broke his hand.

I remember being a private and thinking being recycled is one of the worst things that could happen. In hindsight it would have been a nice break.
