Effective 1 October 2020 15W will become RQ7 and 15C will become MQ1. If you have one you can't have the other.

SPC (Join to see) they are both going to be an MOS of their own. You can’t be two MOS’s at once

So you’re telling me that when I reenlisted to transfer to 15w I got screwed into only being RQ7 specific? Is there a back date on the 15w 15c. Since I am still waiting to go to AIT I am curious if that will affect me.

MOS-T and IET soldiers alike can both get Grey Eagle. As for performance, the truth is it's random, and many of the instructors at Fort Huachuca can tell you the same. The person with the highest score in our class also had the highest PT scores, he got grey Eagle. The person with the lowest score in our class who also wasn't passing a PT test also got Grey Eagle. Seems to be totally random who is selected for each platform. That being said, I have heard rumors that recently things changed and MOS-T can ONLY get Grey Eagle, and can't be selected for shadow. Good luck, and I hope things work out for you the way you want
