Can I get vocational rehabilitation in KS if I live in MO?

Sgt Randolph Gulley Jr - I mean, if that is where the VA assigns you. If the closest facility (i.e. VAMC or post) is in Kansas and that happens to be where the VR&E counselor is, I don't see why not.

Why would the VA care where you live, as long as you were able to attend all classes or training events. As you know Kansas City is split between the two states, and this is common in several other states as well.

PO3 John Fahrer - The only issue I believe could arise is with the housing stipend. The stipend is dependent on the location of the training/education, not where the SM lives; this is not the case for online education, however.
