I just finished my contract with reserve and IRR. Has someone enter the CID Pilot Program without LE experience, not being MP and not having BLC, actually get to be a WO or I have to be enlisted for a while?

Yes, to enter the Direct Assession program you only need to have a qualifying college degree. Feel free to PM me if you have questions.

You actually are not eligible to become a CID Agent in the Reserves unless you have been a sworn LEO for a minimum of 2 years.

It can happen but not likely. I recommend you get on the website and look at the qualifications and then contact the detachment commander for a reserve unit if that is the route you wish to go.

I want to join for active duty, i have looked at the website and its different than what recruiter say. Hopefully everything will be on black and white and will be an easier re-enlistment.

The recruiter probably doesn’t know. Follow the website and speak with your nearest active duty CID office for guidance then.

If you want to go CID active, then the LE experience can be waived however you must complete BLC...you can put you WO packet after 2 years in CID

Thanks CW2 (Join to see). I failed to address that portion of the question.
