I am a pmos 35N with mandarin chinese language.. my smos is 35p. Can I get an assignment base off my secondary mos?

No you cannot. You are slotted as your primary MOS and that is what HRC uses to determine the strengths of the Army. You can request to reclass back into your old MOS if you choose though

No, but you might be slotted as such in a unit based on need and strength. That does not mean you would either maintain the position, or reassigned based on it.
