Can I do G2G for my masters while holding a civilian job?

I am in the Ga NG. I'm wondering if I will be able to do the G2G for my masters degree and commission. Problem is I have a civilian job and dont know if it's possible to do both. I've got a kind of important civilian job and I dont want to leave it.

As long as you can meet the training requirements demanded of the program, probably. Best bet is to contact the Recruiting Officer at a local university that has an Army ROTC program and discuss it.
