I was a 31E in the reserve, I retired Oct 8th. On AD, 31E are at Leavenworth, KS or any installation that has a confinement facility. There is a facility in Arifjan, Kuwait that rotates Ad and Res/NG 31E to run it. Basically, 31E is a prison guard. It can be boring, but if you loose focus, it can get dangerous.
