I'm pretty sure most would agree that creating a laboratory in order to poison school kids (the actual focus of the exercise) is an inappropriate tactic.

We shouldn't have to go toe to toe with "tin foil hatters". This is what drone strikes, artillery, air strikes and snipers are for. This would be a misallocation of personnel and resources.
Fight smart, not hard.

I found it interesting to see the article suggests the ONG exercise made 2nd Amendment Supporter=White Supremacist. I hope that is not actually an assumption of the exercise. Falacy Alert.
